GHBusinessDesk is a technology-enabled business-services company. GHBusinessDesk is a private company. We are not a government agency. We are not a law firm either.
Starting a business in Ghana touches the Office of the Registrar of Companies, the Ghana Revenue Authority, the Ghana Investment Promotion Authority, your local assembly, commissioners for oaths, lawyers and accountants. Most founders are left to join those pieces up on their own, or to hand cash and original documents to an informal agent.
We join them up for you. You answer guided questions once. We check the file before anything is submitted, pay each government fee to the authority at cost, track every step, and keep your documents in a secure vault. Where the law requires a licensed professional, a vetted partner does that work and their fee is shown on its own line.
Registration is where we start. Keeping the business in good standing for the rest of its life is the longer job: annual returns, renewals, beneficial ownership updates and changes, each with a reminder and a clear price.

Never impersonate government
No government colours, crests or words such as “official” or “registry” in our brand. We say plainly that we are a private company, and every decision is attributed to the authority that made it.
Never blur fees
Every order shows three separately labelled lines: government fees passed through at cost, the GHBusinessDesk service fee, and any professional fee. Receipts and our own accounts keep them apart.
Never guarantee approval
We guarantee our own service levels and the accuracy of our preparation. We do not guarantee authority outcomes or authority timelines.
Never invent requirements
Requirements, fees and deadlines come only from a versioned, source-referenced rule set. Every change is prepared by one person and approved by another. Software can assist; it does not decide.
Stay inside licensing boundaries
Work reserved to lawyers, chartered accountants, qualified company secretaries or licensed payment providers is done by them, under their own licence, and shown to you as theirs.
Audit everything
Every status change, document access, fee change and rule change is recorded permanently, with who did it, when, why and the evidence.
