GHBusinessDesk
For professionals

Do the professional work. We handle the rest.

GHBusinessDesk brings licensed professionals into the same tracked workflow as every application. You receive well-prepared cases and digital files, the customer sees your fee on its own line, and you are paid once the work is signed off.

Who we work with

Work the law reserves for licensed professionals.

GHBusinessDesk prepares, checks and tracks. Anything reserved to a profession is done by a partner, under their own licence and professional liability, and shown to the customer as theirs.

Verification

Every partner is checked before their first case.

Customers trust us to put them in front of the right professional. These checks are how we earn that.

  • Licence verified with the relevant body, such as General Legal Council records, ICAG membership or company-secretary qualification
  • Identity check for every individual who will work on cases
  • Evidence of professional indemnity insurance
  • A commitment to run a conflict check before accepting each case
  • Re-verification every year
How work reaches you

Routed by rules, not by favour.

Accountants and lawyers can also open a case on behalf of an existing client. The client is invited to verify their identity and approve, and you see only your own clients.

  1. A case is created

When an application needs licensed work, the task is defined with a standard scope, or a customer asks you for a quote.

  2. It is routed to you

By service, location, language, your capacity and your service record. Customers may choose a named partner where offered.

  3. You accept and do the work

In a case-scoped thread with its own documents. You see only what the case requires, and nothing else about the customer.

  4. Sign-off and settlement

The work is signed off as complete, and your fee, held since checkout, is settled to you.

Service levels and fees

Clear expectations on both sides.

Service levels

Each standard service has a published turnaround. We measure four things for every partner:

  • Acceptance time, how quickly you accept a routed case
  • Completion time, against the turnaround for the service
  • Rework rate, how often work comes back for correction
  • Customer satisfaction, from the customer, after completion

Good performance moves you up the routing order. Repeated breaches lead to a review and, if they continue, removal from the network.

How fees work

  • Your fee is its own line at checkout, labelled as a professional fee and never merged with GHBusinessDesk’s service fee or government fees.
  • Standard services are fixed-price, set by you within bands GHBusinessDesk publishes. Complex work is quoted by you and accepted by the customer in the app.
  • The customer pays at checkout. Your fee is held, then settled to you after the work is signed off as complete.

Tell us about your practice.

Email us with your name, profession, licensing body, the services you offer and where you practise. We will reply with the verification steps and the partner terms for your profession.

Know a founder who needs this?

Founders can start on their own, with every fee shown before they pay. Where they need a professional, the work comes to our partners.
